Shipping
We ship orders via Slovak Post. At checkout you can choose from two delivery methods:
- Standard shipping – delivery by Slovak Post.
- Express courier delivery – faster delivery via Slovak Post's courier service.
The exact shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the parcel's weight and delivery address, before you confirm your order. Once shipped, you can track your parcel directly on the Slovak Post website.
Payment
You can pay for your order using one of the following methods:
- Cash on delivery – pay in cash or by card to the courier or at the post office when you receive your parcel.
- Bank transfer – after placing your order we will send you the payment details; the goods are shipped once payment is credited to our account.
- Payment by cheque.
